Johor Bahru, 07 - 08 September 2023 - A seminar was held for 2 days at KSL Resort Hotel, Johor Bahru. The program titled "Ensuring HR Compliance Excellence: Strategies for EPF, SOCSO & Income Tax Compliance" for the Day-1 and "The Art of Disciplinary Action: Strategies for Addressing Misconduct & Dismissal" for the Day-2 was led by the Head of the Private Division, Education Division of LSBIM, Mr. YJ Lim. This program was conducted to give exposure to employers and employees related to human resource compliance as well as the challenges faced in the human resource department and ways to overcome them.

This program was delivered by a great speaker who has extensive experience in the field of human resources, Mr. Sean Lee from InTalent Consulting Sdn. Bhd. who is also a Corporate Member of LSBIM. He said this program is very important to identify the causes and problems of employee discipline at work and provide the best approach to minimize the problem. Not only that, this program is very important to hone the talent of employees from the human resources department especially as well as to give awareness to employers regarding human resource compliance.

The program also aims to provide space and opportunities for employers and employees to interact and share knowledge and experience to them in managing human resources in their respective companies.
