Johor Bahru , 9 May 2024 - A courtesy visit was made to Tiong Nam Properties, Johor Bahru to improve the understanding and knowledge of Board members regarding the services and products provided by Tiong Nam. This visit to Tiong Nam was welcomed by the Tiong Nam parties involved. The courtesy visit to Tiong Nam is an important step in strengthening the relationship between the Malaysian Industrial Talent Resource Board (LSBIM) and Tiong Nam. In this context, this visit is not only a moment to emphasize cooperation, but also to explore potential cooperation that can be mutually beneficial for both parties.

The main objective of this visit is to build and strengthen the strategic partnership between LSBIM and Tiong Nam. One of the main goals is to open up wider business cooperation opportunities, both in terms of trade, investment and joint project development. In addition, this visit also aims to broaden the understanding of the culture, policies and products offered by Tiong Nam. Through direct interaction with company management and visits to their facilities, LSBIM citizens can get a deeper insight into how the company works and identify the best ways to work together in the future.

Among the products provided by Tiong Nam are in terms of logistics, property, hotels, factories and many more. as discussed, Tiong Nam will launch a new project namely Hotel 1975 soon which will focus as a tourism center. In this project, LSBIM is offered privileges such as renting F&B facilities at this hotel.

Not to be left out, representatives of LSBIM, National President, Dr. CM Kong and William Siow Wien Liang, Head of the Service Sector Division, Grants & Loans Division had time to explain LSBIM's profile and the activities carried out by LSBIM to help the community. The visit has reached an agreement to cooperate with more meetings between LSBIM and Tiong Nam.
