Kuala Lumpur, 10 January 2023 - A courtesy visit with the Jilin Regional Representative Council, Government of China which aims to introduce the objectives of the Malaysian Industrial Talent Board to the Jilin Regional Representative Council as well as improve understanding of the economic and trade mission of the Jilin region, China to LSBIM Members.

This visit is also to discuss the point of meeting between LSBIM and the Jilin Provincial Representative Council, the Chinese Government to cooperate in improving the welfare of the people and the economy between the two countries. At the end of the discussion, LSBIM and the Jilin Provincial Representative Council agreed to allow Malaysians to conduct business and trade and obtain relevant resources easily in China. This agreement also encourages and helps citizens or traders from China who want to do business and trade in Malaysia and can obtain related resources such as employment passes and permits through LSBIM in Malaysia.

This historic courtesy visit was attended by Ms. Wang Hai Yan, Deputy Director of the Cooperation Division of the Department of Commerce of Jilin Province as well as Committee Members of LSBIM.
