Malaysia Industrial Talent Board (LSBIM) is a pro-governmental organization which provides integrated support services related to the management of foreign labor resources in developing the economy and industrial sectors in Malaysia. 

LSBIM Objectives

Our main goal is to maintain sustainable industrial talents in Malaysia.

Provide assistance to employment agencies to adapt the laws and regulations of government bodies related to employment policies and foreign worker management policies to be regulated more carefully.

Assist the government in promoting programs with regards to society and consumers. 

Develop industry standards to balance the employment of local and foreign workers for the benefits of the community. 

Reduce the cases of illegal activities or services provided by employment agencies in Malaysia so as the community can be protected.
