Our Programs
Provide assistance to employment agencies to adapt the laws and regulations of government bodies related to employment policies and foreign worker management policies to be regulated more carefully.
Assist the government in promoting programs with regards to society and consumers.
Develop industry standards to balance the employment of local and foreign workers for the benefits of the community.
Reduce the cases of illegal activities or services provided by employment agencies in Malaysia so as the community can be protected.
Objective (1): Advise on employment and recruitment programs
To assist and advise government, local authorities, private or public bodies on employment programs or policies, foreign workers or talent management.
Objective (2): Advise on complaint/feedback system
To assist and advise government, local authorities, private or public bodies on a complaint or feedback platform system to provide solutions related to law revision in the related fields and labor rights issues.
Objective(3): Increase consumer awareness of government programs
To assist and advise government and communities in promoting government programs such as MM2H program or others to attract foreign talents and grow local talents
Objective (4): Establish a platform & central database
To assist the ministry to establish a database open to cooperative or assist government purposes.
Objective (5): Manage allocation of license & permit
To assist and advise government with professional issues in relevant fields and provide solutions.
Objective (6): Create syllabus of vocational training courses
To certify the contents of vocational training courses, professional skills workers and professional skill talents.
Objective (7): Assist in new policies
To assist relevant government agencies in relation to foreign professional workers or talents working in Malaysia & to formulate rules and regulations such as tax policies, insurance policies, will & trust policies & inheritance distributions.
Objective (8): Obtain & disseminate documentation
To disseminate among members of governmental information on matters affecting the professions; compile, print, sell, lend, publish, issue or distribute the proceedings, report of organization (papers, periodicals, books, circulars)
Objective(9): Establish employment history and records in Malaysia
To collect, gather & record in a database of any persons who have employment history and records in Malaysia. The purpose of data collection is to ensure no person shall be involved in any tax evasion or violation in any government policies and also for the research purpose of related government agencies
